The F3 Denver Field Guide · Part 03
Why F3?
Too many men are drifting: busy, isolated, living without purpose. F3 Denver exists to turn isolated men into purposeful leaders.
01
The problem is real
Career pressure, declining health, friendships that faded after college. Many men are exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if there's more. They fight their battles alone, with no one to call. Meanwhile our homes, workplaces, churches, schools, and neighborhoods depend on men who lead well.
- Isolation → Connection Shared struggle creates real relationships fast.
- Connection → Purpose Men may come for fitness; they stay because they're needed.
- Purpose → Impact Purposeful men strengthen communities. Iron sharpens iron.
02
What actually changes
The goal was never better workouts. Ask any PAX what's different a year in and the fitness is a footnote.
- Before Isolation. No accountability. Stress. Declining health. No one to call.
- After Brotherhood. Purpose. Leadership. Consistency. Men who show up for each other.
- At home When a man changes, his family changes with him. Better husbands, better fathers, more present.

Fantastic group of guys. F3 is awesome
★★★★★
I discovered F3 when I listened to an interview with the CEO of F3 on the Art of Manliness podcast. I was impressed by what I heard and decided to try it. I searched for a location in Denver and discovered there is a Castle Pines group that meets near my home. I found a great group of men who welcomed me from Day 1. It's been over a year now and I still attend regularly and enjoy the workouts and fellowship. If you're looking for a great workout come join us.
★★★★★
Awesome group workout, open to all men, any fitness level.

Amazing opportunity for a men's work-out experience on Saturday mornings! Felt welcomed from the first moment and there was great encouragement for all levels of fitness.

Update (6 Months Later): Six months later, and the F3 Parker group at Challenger Regional Park is stronger than ever. The workouts remain high-intensity, challenging, and completely free, but what makes this location truly special is how they utilize the massive park and sports complex. The sheer scale of the park means a massive variety of workout options and they pride themselves on making every session unique, dynamic, and tough. The men here are constantly mixing things up to keep everyone challenged, regardless of fitness level. The incredible camaraderie and leadership I mentioned in my first review have only grown. A big part of that is their commitment to connecting after beatdowns; they make it a priority to hang out for coffee after each workout to connect and catch up on life. If you're a man in the Parker area looking to get fit and stay fit, genuine brotherhood, and a zero-cost way to push yourself, this group is still the gold standard. Just show up at Challenger Park and see for yourself. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] If you’re looking for a free, high-intensity workout and a strong sense of community, the F3 location in Parker is outstanding! The workouts are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, and every session is led by motivated, encouraging men who push you to be better while having fun doing it. What really sets this location apart is the camaraderie. From day one, you’re welcomed, supported, and held accountable. Not just in fitness, but in life. The leadership is solid, the culture is positive, and the environment is inclusive and energizing. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for your next challenge, this group delivers both physical results and meaningful connection. I would highly recommend this group to any man in the Parker area looking to grow stronger in body, mind, and community.

Great group workout for men. Challenging workouts but supportive guys.

Highly recommend F3 workouts. These free, peer-led sessions were exactly what I needed to build consistency and get on track with fitness. What makes F3 unique is the camaraderie—men supporting and pushing each other year-round, outdoors, no matter the weather. If you’re looking for accountability and a solid community while improving your fitness, this is the place.

It is a highlight of my week to workout with these guys on Tuesdays. Even better that there is no fee. F3 has been a lifesaver for me.
★★★★★
Gasser of a workout. The hill kicked my arse. Solid group of guys. Nickleback made the playlist but I forgive them. Good coffee and conversation after. Look ‘em up!!
★★★★★
Love working out in the early mornings with these guys. Bootcamp workout that is FREE and beats any exercise you'd be doing at a gym. Way better than crossfit. If you're a guy looking to increase your fitness while making some friends for FREE, this is the place to be!
★★★★★
Great workout with great guys! The setting is top notch too; amazing sunrises, both hills and flat level field, outdoor fitness equipment and clean restrooms. Fitness Bonus: Castle Pines elevation is almost 6400 ft.
★★★★★
I came across F3 from my church, Journey in Castle Pines. This has been a great way for me to get out and meet some new people that share my values. Getting uncomfortable and challenging my body has helped me develop mentally/physically and simultaneously has built bonds of fellowship with fellow men in my community. If you’re looking to get/stay on the correct path in life, come join us Wednesday and Friday mornings!
★★★★★
I was introduced to F3 by one of my best friends in Dallas. I found out it was nationwide and was able to find this local F3 in Castle Pines. If you are a guy looking for free workouts that are bootcamp style exercises, then F3 is for you. We workout every Wednesday and Friday morning at 6am at Elk Ridge Park in rain, snow, or shine. I’ll admit it is tough to get there at 6am in the morning, but I am always glad I made it out after every workout.
★★★★★
I showed up a bit hesitant, as I wasn't sure how welcoming any men's fitness group would be. These guys are great! They encourage everyone to give it their best, scale the workouts to their level, and ensure that no man is left behind.
