CPR
With the Men of CPR
CPR is F3 Denver's Wednesday-morning ruck, posting at Prairie Gateway Open Space in Commerce City: 190 acres of wide-open prairie on the doorstep of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. Under weighted packs and a big Colorado sky, men log soft-surface miles together, trading conversation and encouragement while the sun comes up over the plains. Rucking builds endurance without beating up your joints, and side-by-side miles build friendships that outlast the workout. Grab a pack, or just show up, and find out what you're carrying.

What to Expect at the
CPR Location
The Ruck
A weighted pack and good company. CPR is built around ruck miles that torch legs and lungs without pounding your joints.
2.4-Mile Perimeter Loop
A soft-surface trail circles the open space, perfect for full-loop rucks and interval pushes.
The Overlook
An overlook with mountain views. Earn the sunrise at the high point of the loop.
Wide-Open Prairie
190 acres of grassland with nothing to hide behind. Just sky, wind, and work.
Wildlife Refuge Next Door
The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge borders the open space, so the morning commute might include deer and bison across the fence.
Shelters & Benches
Benches and a shelter along the way for step-ups, dips, and weighted carries mid-ruck.
