The Mission & the Credo
The Task
To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men, across the north metro, central Denver, and Douglas County.
The Purpose
For the invigoration of male community leadership. Stronger men. Stronger families. A stronger Denver.
The Credo
Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
Why It Works
The Three Fs in balance
Focus only on the first F and you're a gym. F3 Denver's bigger vision lives in the second and third.
Fitness, the Magnet
Keep the workout hard and men show up. Keep it fun and they look forward to it. The beatdown is what draws you in.
Fellowship, the Glue
Coffeeteria after the workout, lunches, family events. The relationships are why men keep coming back, and why nobody falls off.
Faith, the Dynamite
Belief in something bigger than yourself, focused on The Other. This is where workouts become community impact.
Your Path
From FNG to leading the workout
Every man in F3 Denver walks the same road. Nobody stays a spectator.
Show Up
Your first post is the hardest part. You'll get a battle buddy, an F3 name in the Circle of Trust, and an invite to coffee after.
Connect
Men come for the fitness and stay for the connection. Coffeeteria, 2nd-F events, and brothers who follow up when you miss a week.
Own It
Around eight weeks in, most men take their VQ and lead their first workout. From there: Coffee Q, Flag Q, Site Q. Leadership is earned, then multiplied.
Servant Leadership
Every AO is a leadership outpost
F3 runs upside-down: the leader serves, builds capacity, and empowers the team. Every AO in our three regions rotates real roles among the PAX.
The Q
Leads the workout with purpose and preparation. A great Q can change a man's morning. A great leader can change his life.
Site Q
Owns the AO: culture, consistency, and making sure every FNG is welcomed intentionally and never left behind.
1st F Q
Advances fitness: keeps beatdowns varied, challenging, and scaled for every man who posts.
2nd F Q
Plans the fellowship: Coffeeteria, happy hours, family events, CSAUPs. The glue that retains men.
3rd F Q
Points the AO outward: service projects, helping brothers in crisis, community impact across the metro.
Retention Q
Notices who's missing and reaches out. Battle-buddy culture: we don't let brothers fall off.
Strength tomorrow. Legacy forever.
Rain, heat, cold, or dark, we show up. Discipline doesn't take a day off, and character is revealed when nobody is watching.
The Impact
Better men. Better Denver.
The goal was never better workouts. When a man trades isolation for brotherhood and purpose, his family changes with him, and so does his block, his church, his kids' school, his city.
At Home
Better husbands and fathers: more present, more intentional, held accountable by men who know them.
In the AO
Iron sharpens iron. Men push past comfort, learn to lead with a command voice, and hand the flag to the next man.
In the Community
Service projects, disaster relief, brothers in crisis. Strong men serve others. The mission extends far beyond the workout.
