With the Men of NF3
North of I-70 in Denver's Northfield, F3's NF3 posts every Thursday at 5:30 AM at Prairie Meadows Park, where prairie trails, open fields, and a stout little hill climb to a vista point with sunrise views of downtown and the Front Range. The Q rotates weekly, the workout is never the same twice, and it's always free. But the beatdown is just the hook. The men are the reason you keep coming back, challenging one another to get right, live right, and lead right. No one is left behind, and no one is left where they're found.

What to Expect at the

The Hill
Prairie Meadows' sledding hill is the AO's crucible: hill sprints, lunges, and bear crawls that build grit.
Vista Point
A lookout with views of downtown Denver and the Front Range. The sunrise payoff for the pain.
Prairie Trails
Connected paths and bridges wind through restored prairie, perfect for moseys, ruck miles, and Indian runs.
Open Fields
Room to fan out for circuits, sprints, and partner carries.
Nature Playground
Climbing nets and play structures for pull work, dips, and step-ups when the Q gets creative.
