F3 Nomad is a roving AO that moves across South Denver every Wednesday morning. One week you're at a track, the next you're at a park you've never heard of, the week after that you're rucking a lake loop before the sun comes up. The Q picks the spot, posts it in the pre-blast the night before, and 45 minutes later you've knocked out a bootcamp or ruck with brothers from every South Denver AO in one place. It's the fastest way to see the region, meet men outside your home AO, and prove to yourself that any zip code is fair game before 6:30 AM.

The format alternates. Some weeks it is a 45-minute rotating bootcamp; others it is a weighted ruck through a new corner of the region.

You will meet men from Castle Pines, Parker, Kumbaya, Littleton, Bond Fire, Disruption and everywhere in between in a single workout.
