With the Men of Stairway to Heaven
Three mornings a week, F3 men gather at Westminster City Park, home of the Grand Staircase that gives this AO its name. Stairway to Heaven serves the men of Westminster and the north metro with high-energy beatdowns built on stairs, hills, open fields, and the Big Dry Creek Trail that winds right through the park. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 AM. Rain, shine, or snow. No fees, no contracts, no egos; just a brotherhood that will meet you where you are and refuse to leave you there.

What to Expect at the
Stairway to Heaven Location
The Grand Staircase
Westminster City Park's signature staircase, the namesake of this AO and the fastest way to earn your breakfast.
Big Dry Creek Trail
The regional trail winds right through the park. Perfect for run legs and ruck intervals.
The Hill
The park's sledding hill does double duty for hill sprints, bear crawls, and lunges that build grit.
Open Fields
Soccer and ball fields give the Q room for stations, sprints, and coupon circuits.
Paved Loop
A big paved loop around the park for moseys, Indian runs, and timed laps.
Playground & Pavilion
Sturdy structures for pull-ups, dips, and rows, plus a covered pavilion for foul-weather beatdowns.
